Subscriptions are billed in advance (weekly or monthly) and are non-refundable for the current billing period once at least one generation has been used. The one-time $4.99 single-video purchase is non-refundable once the video has been generated. If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a technical failure that prevented you from generating a video, contact admin@try2.app within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage subscription" link — this stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless the above applies.
