These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Spider Ceiling Trend AI ("we", "us"), a web application that transforms a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video, available at spiderman-trend.try2.app.
You upload one full-body photo of yourself (or a photo you have the right to use), and our service uses a third-party AI video model to generate a short video based on that photo. Generation requires an active plan: a one-time single-video purchase (no account needed, via /try), a free trial video (when available, requires an account), or a Weekly/Monthly subscription (requires an account).
Spider Ceiling Trend AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Marvel, The Walt Disney Company, or any related entity. The service does not generate, apply, or reference any licensed Spider-Man costume, logo, or character — it animates the photo you upload, in your own clothing, as if defying gravity. Any reference to "Spiderman trend" describes a popular social-media photo/video trend by its common name, not a licensed product.
Weekly, Monthly, and free-trial access require an account (email and password, or Google Sign-In). The single-video purchase at /try does not require an account — access is instead tied to a browser cookie, so it does not survive clearing cookies or switching browsers/devices. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Weekly ($9) includes up to 5 video generations per week; Monthly ($49) includes up to 15 per month — both recurring, billed and processed by Polar.sh, our merchant of record, and neither is unlimited. Allowances reset at the start of each new billing period and do not carry over. A free trial (1 video, no payment) may be offered from time to time at our discretion and can be withdrawn or reinstated at any time. The single-video purchase ($4.99) grants exactly one generation, one time. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime from the "Manage subscription" link, which opens your Polar customer portal.
You must only upload photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use. You retain ownership of your uploaded photo and the generated video. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
You may not upload photos of other identifiable people without their consent, upload unlawful, abusive, or sexually explicit content, or use the service to impersonate or deceive others.
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated output can vary and is not guaranteed to be error-free.
